The legal basics of using Haus Art.

Image rights

By uploading a photo you confirm you own it or have permission to use it for printing. You retain all rights to your image; we use it only to fulfill your order.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in PHP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed via PayMongo (Cards, GCash, Maya, GrabPay). We do not store card details.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or weather events.

Intellectual property

The Haus Art site, branding, copy, photography, mockups, layouts, and source code are © Haus Art and protected under Philippine and international copyright law. You may not copy, scrape, mirror, redistribute, or train AI models on this site or its assets without prior written permission. Unauthorized cloning of the storefront, including styling, hero artwork, or product imagery, will be pursued under RA 8293 (IP Code of the Philippines).
