Haus Art operates under the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). This page explains what we collect, why, and how to reach us.
What we collect
Email, name, shipping address, and phone number when you place an order. The photos you upload for printing. Standard analytics (page views, device type) for performance monitoring.
How we use it
Order fulfillment, customer support, and required tax records. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Photo retention
Original uploads are deleted 30 days after delivery. Processed prints are kept for 90 days for reprints if needed. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hausartph@gmail.com.
Your rights
Under RA 10173 you can access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact our DPO at hausartph@gmail.com.
