- How long does it take?
- 5–7 business days from payment to delivery in Metro Manila. Provincial orders take 7–10 business days depending on the courier route.
- What photo quality do I need?
- Phone shots from the last 5 years are usually fine — our AI handles upscaling. We do flag photos that are too small to print at the size you picked, before you pay.
- Do you ship outside the Philippines?
- Not yet. We currently ship within the Philippines only. International shipping is on the roadmap.
- Can I see a preview before I pay?
- Yes. The AI-enhanced version appears in a side-by-side preview. You approve it before checkout.
- What if I don't like the result?
- We re-process at no charge if the first run isn't right. If you're still not happy, we refund minus production cost — see the Returns section.
