Where we deliver, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Shipping
Flat rates: ₱100 for A4 (20×30cm) and A3 (30×40cm); ₱150 for A2 (40×60cm). Free shipping on orders of 2 or more pieces. We ship nationwide via J&T, LBC, and Ninja Van. Metro Manila orders arrive in 5–7 business days; provincial orders in 7–10. You'll get a tracking number by email and SMS once your order ships.
Returns
Custom prints are made to order, so we don't accept change-of-mind returns. If your print arrives damaged or doesn't match the approved preview, contact us at hausartph@gmail.com within 7 days with photos and we'll replace it free of charge.
